The PY series semi fixed (portable) foam fire extinguishing device produced by Shandong Dongyue Crane Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., also known as foam truck, PY mobile (truck) foam fire extinguishing device, is a portable mobile and flexible wheeled fire extinguishing device. It adopts PHF pipeline (negative pressure) proportional mixer, which can form low, medium and high expansion foam fire extinguishing system with foam gun and foam generator. When the pressure water passes through the mixer, the water is mixed with foam liquid in a certain proportion, and foam is sprayed through the foam gun and foam generator to extinguish the fire. It is composed of cart, atmospheric foam tank, negative pressure proportioner, spraying equipment, water hose, safety valve, control valve and some auxiliary parts.

How to use semi-solid foam fire extinguishing device:
The device should generally be operated by two people; one person connects the water gun belt and holds it to extinguish the fire, and the other person connects the fire hydrant hose and opens the fire hydrant ball valve to supply water. The steps are as follows:
1) Use a fire hose to connect the water supply source to the pressure water inlet of the equipment;
2) Remove the spray gun and deploy its fire hose;
3) Connect the connecting hose of the spray gun to the outlet of the equipment;
4) Turn on the water supply source and supply water;
5) Use hand-held foam spray to extinguish the fire.

Maintenance and maintenance of semi-solid foam fire extinguishing devices:
1) Canning of fire extinguishing agent: After using the equipment, the user must purchase the same type of foam liquid for refilling; when filling, you can use a plastic tube to inhale or use a funnel to inject from the liquid filling port; after filling, tighten the liquid filling port cap , to prevent foam liquid from splashing when the equipment is moved.
2) The equipment should be placed in a cool, ventilated place with easy access.
3) The tank material of this equipment is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass. It is strictly forbidden to hit or bump with hard objects to cause damage to the tank and leakage.
4) If the equipment is not used for a long period of time, the quality of the foam liquid should be rechecked once a year to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is found, it should be replaced in time.
5) After each use of this equipment, the fire hose should be carefully cleaned and dried before being wound on the equipment reel (it is recommended that users prepare their own spare fire hose to prevent sudden fires).
6) Keep the equipment in good fire-proof condition for a long time and ensure the quality of the foam liquid in the tank; the foam storage tank should be opened and cleaned every 3 years.
7) When using a motorized hydraulic pump or fire water tanker, the water supply pressure should not be greater than 1.OMPa. When purchasing equipment, a self-spoon fire hose that can withstand a working pressure of 1.0MPa should be configured.
